2 whole wheat tortilla's (medium size) 1 oz low fat cheese 2 oz shredded, cooked chicken 1 tbsp bell peppers (red and/or green) 1 tbsp green onions
spray pan with cooking spray. lay one tortilla down, sprinkle cheese, chicken, peppers and onions on top. Place second tortilla on top. Cook till brown, flip and brown second side. Cut into four and serve with sour cream and salsa.
Serving Size: serves 1 as a meal or 1 as an appetizer
