Claudette's Cream Soup

Introduction

So good! So good!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 small butternut squash (about 2 cups), peeled and diced
    2 small turnips (about 2 cups), peeled and diced
    1 medium sweet potato, peeled and diced
    1 large carrot (about 1 cup), peeled and diced
    1 large onion, diced
    1 1/2 cartons chicken broth (about 6 cups)
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper to taste

Tips

Really tasty with a dash of curry.


Directions

Cook all prepared ingredients till tender. Puree in blender. Serve.
