Spinach Beef Bake

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2lbs Ground Beef
    1/2 cup onion
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 cup heavy cream
    10oz package frozen spinach, thawed and drained.
    4oz can mushrooms, drained
    4oz mozzarella cheese
    1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, 1oz
    1 teaspoon Garlic powder
    Salt and pepper to taste
    2 tablespoons melted butter

Directions

Brown ground beef with onion; drain the fat. Mix all of the ingrediants,except butter, in large casserole , drizzle with melted butter. Bake uncovered at 350 25-30 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings
