    Lentils, 1.5 cup , French Green, cooked
    Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 1.5 tbsp
    Parsley, 1 tbsp
    *Green onion, 1 tbsp
    *Fresh lemon juice, 1 tsp
    *walnut oil, .75 tsp
    *Vinegar - Natural Rice Vinegar, 0.15 tbsp

Directions

cook lentils, chop veggies, mix all ingredients
