Introduction

Ingredients

    Bag of 15 bean mix
    large onion
    6 cups of water
    1 tbsp of salt (or to taste)
    1 tbsp of black pepper (or to taste)

Directions

Soak your beans in water over night or for at least eight hours. Chop one large onion for 1.5 cups, then add all ingredients to your crockpot. Cook on high 8-10 hours.
