Pepper Seafood Pasta

Ingredients

    2 2/3 cups Milk, 1%
    1 tbsp Cornstarch
    1 pound Shrimp
    1 pound Scallops
    1 tbsp Pepper, black
    1 tbsp Pepper, red
    2 tbsp Basil
    1 tbsp Thyme
    1 1/2 cup Swiss Cheese, shredded
    1 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    700 grams Pasta, cooked

Directions

Heat milk on medium until just before boil stirring contantly. Add in all spices and cornstarch. Stir on lower heat for several minutes until thickened. Add in pasta and cook. Add the cheese in and stir until melted. Pour sauce over cooked pasta and enjoy!!!
