Introduction

Number of Servings: 18

Ingredients

    Dry ingredients:
    1 cup whole wheat flour
    2 cup whole oats
    1/4 cup milled flax seed
    1/4 cup almond meal
    1 tsp baking soda
    2 tsp baking powder
    2tbsp stevia
    1 tbsp cinnamon
    1 tsp vanilla

    In blender mix:
    1 egg
    3/4 cup water
    1 stalk celery
    1 carrot
    1/4 fresh pineapple
    2 tbsp fresh ginger
    1 tbsp vanilla
    1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
    1 large handful raw spinach
    1/4 lemon-all but the seeds

Tips

this one definitely tasted better but was a bit too moist. I will keep trying


Directions

preheat oven to 375

blend together all wet ingredients and while blending mix together all dry ingredients. Stir together just until moistened and scoop into muffin tins sprayed with no stick spray. Bake at 375 for 15 minutes
