Creamy Lime Protein Boost

Introduction

I like to drink this while I'm making breakfast, as well as before a workout/exercise...a great way to get in that extra protein without all the extra calories and fat! Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 c. lite soymilk OR 1% trim milk
    1 heaped Tbs. Whey Isolate Protein Powder (not flavored or sweetened)
    1 Tbs. Diet Lime Cordial (I use the Bickford's brand)

Directions

Measure all ingredients into shaker cup and shake well until powder is completely dissolved. Drink up!
