5 chicken thigh deboned w/out skin and thinly sliced, sl
.5chicken breast sliced
1 onion large vidalia sliced
1 Bell Pepper sliced
3 cloves garlick chopped
2Tsp turmeric
1Tsp whole black peppercorns
1Tsp Allspice berries
.5 Tsp cinnamon
1/4 Tsp ground nutmeg
1.5 Tsp ras el hanout.

Directions
combine the turmeric,peppercorns,allspice berries cinnamon and nutmeg in a spice grinder and grind to a fine powder.
Heat a skillet with 1 Tsp oil add the chopped onion and garlic,fry for a few minutes until soft, add the bell pepper and chiccken thigh meat and the sliced chicken breast,cook until almost done add ras el hanout cook aditional 5 min. serve with rice or in a pita bread.
Serving Size: makes 5 serv.of 1 thigh and 1/5 breastpiece
