Ingredients

2 Large Eggs
1 Tsp Soy Sauce
1 Tsp Sugar

It can be made healthier by using egg whites.
Directions
-Crack eggs into a large bowl. Add soy sauce and sugar and beat well.
- Grease a frying pan, and turn the stove on.
-After heating the pan slightly, pour the egg mixture into the pan.
-Swirl the eggs around to cover the bottom of the pan.
-Cook until the eggs begin to bubble and there is not much liquid left on top.
-Using a spatula, scrape the far end of the egg off the pan and roll it towards you. continue to roll until fully rolled.
-Turn down the heat and let cook for a few more minutes.
- Turn off the heat and slide the eggs onto a plate.
-Enjoy!!
