My Ratatouille

Ingredients

    10 oz. whole wheat penne pasta
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 c. sliced zucchini
    12 grape tomatoes
    3 cloves garlic
    10 oz. hillshire farms turkey kielbasa
    1 T. olive oil

Directions

Prepare pasta al dente (8 minutes). Meanwhile, in large skillet, add olive oil, and all other ingredients except cheese. Saute until veggies are cooked to your liking. Drain pasta and add to skillet. Sprinkle cheese over top and toss.
