Turkey Lasagna Rolls

Ingredients

Jennie-O Lean Ground Turkey, 16 oz
Dreamfield's Low-Carb Lasagna Noodles, 6.5 serving
*Pasta Sauce - Parmesan & Romano Publix, 3 cups
Basil, 1 tbsp
Salt, 1/4 tsp
Pepper, black, 1/4 tsp
Parmesan Cheese, grated, 1/2 cup

Directions
Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
Brown turkey and drain, then add tomato sauce and heat through. Set aside. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions and drain. Mix basil, salt and pepper into ricotta. Take each lasagna noodle and spread 1/4 cup ricotta mixture over it, leaving 2-inches free at one end. Add 1/4 cup of the turkey/tomato sauce mixture on top. Roll up toward free end and place in casserole. Repeat for remaining 15 lasagna pieces. Top with remaining turkey/tomato mixture and grated cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes. Remove and let sit for 10-15 minutes before serving.
Makes 16 rolls or 8 servings.
