Introduction

Tangy citrus cake! Tangy citrus cake!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 12 oz. Angel Food Cake Mix
    1 (11 oz) can mandarin oranges in juice
    1 (3.5 oz) box instant vanilla pudding
    1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple with juice
    1 (12 oz) container fat free whipped topping

Directions

Mix cake mix as directed and fold in half of oranges, chopped, just before putting in pan.

Bake as directed on box until cake is done.
Let cool.
Mix pudding and pineapple with juice, fold in a large tub of whipped topping and the rest of the chopped oranges. Reserve some orange sections for decoration.
Top cake with this.
NOTES: Refrigerate.
