CZ's Simple Shrimp Stir Fry

Introduction

A quick easy meal for after work! A quick easy meal for after work!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    16 Large Raw Shrimp (deveined)
    1 10-oz Package of Mixed stir fry Veggies (I prefer sugar snap pea mixed veggies)
    4 Tbsp. Kikkoman Low Sodium Soy Sauce
    1 Cup of Minute rice (uncooked)


Directions

makes 2 servings

1. Cook Rice according to package
2. Add Raw shrimp to wok on High Temperature.
3. Add frozen vegetables.
4. Add Soy Sauce
5. Simmer at Med High Temperature and stir occassionally until shrimp are cooked and veggies are soft.
6. Serve over Rice.
