Low Fat-Low Carb Turkey Enchiladas

Introduction

Low Carb tortillas, Fat Free Cheese, Turkey Breast, Salsa & Enchilada sauce. Yummy, guilt free food! Great with a side salad Low Carb tortillas, Fat Free Cheese, Turkey Breast, Salsa & Enchilada sauce. Yummy, guilt free food! Great with a side salad
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    6 oz Turkey Breast Meat (Shredded)
    1/2 Cup Fat Free Sour Cream
    1/4 La Victoria Salsa
    1/2 Cup Fat Free Shredded Cheese--Kraft (Divided)
    Black Olives for garnish
    1 package dry Enchilada sauce (Red)

Directions

Mix shredded turkey breast, sour cream, 1/4 cup Fat Free cheese, salsa (and any spices you might like) into a bowl. Prepare Enchilada sauce as directed on package. Put 1/4 cup sauce on bottom of glass baking dish. Fill Torillas with turkey filling...placing each enchilada seam down in pan. Cover with remaining enchilada sauce. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes.
