Ingredients

    can cream corn,
    all purpose flour,
    yellow corn meal,
    Egg Beaters,
    FF Sour Cream,
    1/4 c Chopped Scallions,
    4 packets Stevia or Truvia,
    1.5 tsp Baking Powder,
    1/8 tsp Pink Himalyian Salt,
    1/4 tsp Worchestire Sauce,
    1/4 tsp Nutmeg

Directions

Combin dry ingredients and wet seperately then integrate slowly. Pour evenly into lined muffin tins and put in preheated over @ 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes
