Mama T's Epic Veggie Chili

Mama T's Epic Veggie Chili

Introduction

Since it's winter i figured it's soup - chili time! Today i whipped up a killer looking chili.. it's got all sorts of southwestern flavors and added a bunch of extra veggies! Most people associate just meat, beans and onion..then seasoning.. mmmmmaybe a bell pepper. Me? I like to put everything i can in it. think of it as a "garbage chili" if you will.. Browning seasoning gives this dish a "meaty" taste to it. Since it's winter i figured it's soup - chili time!
