IntroductionHummus that is garlicky, and a little spicy. Hummus that is garlicky, and a little spicy.
2 15 oz cans of chickpeas, drained
2 Tbsp tahini
3-4 cloves of garlic
2 Tbsp garlic olive oil
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/4 tsp cumin
Salt to taste
Add chickpeas, and blend until smooth. If it is too stiff, you can add a little water.
Add seasonings and incorporate.
Serve with baked pita chips.
Serving Size: Makes approximately 8, 1/4c servings
