Introduction

I make this in the mornings to get some fiber so I'm not hungry till lunch time. I make this in the mornings to get some fiber so I'm not hungry till lunch time.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 cup smooth SunnyD
    1/4 - 1/2 cup frozen berries
    2 small bananas
    1 6oz package any flavor nonfat yogurt

Tips

Add ice to make it colder if using fresh berries.


Directions

Add all ingredients into blender, mix until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes 2 servings
