2 cups uncooked brown sushi rice, cook according to directions on package
1/4 cup diced carrot
1/4 cup diced onion
a couple kale leaves
1/4 diced seitan (can buy in the store or make your own)
1 tablespoon store-bought teriyaki sauce
1 tsp olive oil (or so)
6 sheets of nori
Serving Size: Makes 6 rice balls
