1 cup black beans canned 1/2 cup diced tomatoes canned no salt added 2 tbsp. onions diced 6 frozen Okra pods 1/2 cup cooked spinach 1 cup roasted chicken 1 tbsp red cayenne pepper 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp ground black pepper
Cook the okra for about 5 minutes and just add the rest of the ingriedents. Simmer for 20 or so minutes. I used a hand blender to break up the diced tomatoes a bit. But, I did leave a few tomatoes for texture. I used a roasted chicken that I cooked a few days earlier.
Great for a snack or to accompany a small salad and a fruit.
