10 oz. 93% fat-free ground turkey, browned and drained
15 oz. can red kidney beans (drained)
15 oz. can black beans (drained)
2 14.5 oz. cans diced tomatoes
2 8.75 oz. cans yellow sweet corn
1 medium green pepper, diced
1 medium onion, diced
1/2 tsp. cumin
1 Tbsp. chili powder
Serve with shredded Monterey Jack cheese and fat-free sour cream for deeper flavor.
