Chicken and Broccoli Pasta

Ingredients

    2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    4 cups chopped broccoli, steamed or microwaved
    2 cups chicken broth
    4 T. olive oil
    4 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 lb. Farfalle (bowties) or other pasta
    Parmesan cheese

Directions

Cook pasta according to package instructions. While pasta is cooking cut the chicken breasts into 1 inch square pieces. Place the olive oil in a large skillet. Turn the skillet on med high. Add the chicken and cook thoroughly till no longer pink. Add the crushed garlic to the pan. Saute for 2 minutes and add broccoli. Pour chicken broth over mixture and allow to reduce for about 5 minutes. When pasta is done, drain and return to pot. Pour chicken and broccoli mixture on pasta and stir. Serve topped with grated cheese.
