coconut flour fried chicken

Ingredients

    10 oz chicken breast, boneless, skinless
    3/4 cup almond flour
    1/4 cup coconut flour
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 cup parmesan
    spices to taste
    coconut oil

Directions

mix coconut flour, almond flour, parmesan and seasonings into a bowl with a fork.
beat egg in separate bowl.
season each chicken breast with seasonings.
dredge each breast in egg, then in flour mixture.
heat 2tbsp coconut oil over medium high heat in a nonstick frying pan.
fry each chicken breast appx 4min per side until cooked through.
enjoy!
