Claudette's Cream of Broccoli - Cauliflower Soup

Introduction

Add 1-2 tsp. hot chilli pepper, minced for an extra kick. Add 1-2 tsp. hot chilli pepper, minced for an extra kick.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 c. broccoli, or one two bunches
    5 c. cauliflower, or one head
    1 c. onion, diced
    7 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper

    I added 2 tsp. hot chilli peppers, minced.
    Delicious!

Directions

Cook till tender in broth. Put broth and most of vegetables in the blender to puree. Reserve a cup or so to mash and add to the puree.
