Make ahead Smoothies

Introduction

The calarie and portion size is based on 1 baggie prepared ahead of time. The list of ingredients is enough to make 4 baggies 8 servings. Much cheaper than the smoothie shops. Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 lg container vanilla yogurt
    32 oz bag (4cups) frozen berries
    2 large bananas sliced
    3 large kiwis sliced
    Milk

Tips

I add a dash of vanilla and cinnamon for added flavor. Also could be made with fruit juice but that will alter calories.


Directions

Place heaping Tablespoons of yogurt in mini muffin pans to freeze into cubes. Once frozen place 3 cubes in each baggie with 1 c berries, 1/2 c banana, 1/4 cup kiwi. Place bags in freezer. when ready to use just dump in blender add 1 1/2 c milk and blend.
