1 6 oz Grilled chicken breast with light oil to keep it from getting dry.
1/2 of tomato sliced, approximately 3-4 slices.
1 cup of sliced pineapple chunks for a sweeter "dessert"
Tips
Can add non fat or low fat dressing.
Directions
Grill Chicken breast, only brushing with extra virgin olive oil to prevent meat from getting dry.
