Introduction

Just threw this recipe together one morning in a hurry...but it came out delicious! (any tips on how to make this healthier/tastier are SO welcome!) Just threw this recipe together one morning in a hurry...but it came out delicious! (any tips on how to make this healthier/tastier are SO welcome!)
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    I cup mixed frozen berries (blackberries, strawberries, blueberries)
    3 slices frozen peaches
    1 medium banana (cut into 1/2 inch sections)
    1 cup nonfat greek yogurt
    1 tbsp peanut butter (add extra tbsp pb for flavor/thickness)
    1/2 cup orange juice
    1/2 tbsp honey

Tips

If smoothie seems too runny, try adding an additional tbsp of peanut butter.


Directions

Put frozen ingredients in blender with one or two icecubes and blend until ice is broken up. Next, add in sliced banana, yogurt & peanut butter - blend until smooth. Add in orange juice & honey for added flavor, blend. Enjoy!

Serving Size: Made one serving (fit in an 8 oz water bottle)
