Introduction

low sodium; ground turkey low sodium; ground turkey

Ingredients

    1 16 oz bag dried kidney beans
    1 can diced tomatoes with liquid
    1 can diced tomatoes, no salt, with liquid
    small onion
    2 medium stalks celery
    2 garlic cloves
    12 baby carrots
    basil, oregano, chili powder to taste
    1 t salt
    1 lb ground turkey

Directions

Prepare dried beans according to directions. Chop vegetables, add celery, onions, and garlic to ground turkey and cook in non-stick frying pan. Combine all ingredients in large pot and cook till beans are soft.
