Introduction

Breakfast my dad's way. For all I know, he invented this recipe.
This is EXCELLENT before a workout if you pair it with egg whites.

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    -1 serving oatmeal
    -0.25-1 tsp Bragg's liquid aminos (or soy sauce - aminos are way healthier)
    - 0.5 tsp sesame seeds
    -TVP or bacon bits
    - Sriracha (or hot sauce of your choice)
    - 2 or 3 almonds (or 2 tbs sunflower seeds)

Tips

You can change anything about this recipe with ease. Try quinoa or farina instead of oatmeal, or a different nut. Let me know if you find a really good combo!


Directions

Cook up the oatmeal and stir in or top with the rest of the ingredients.
