2 15 oz cans black beans (drained and rinsed)
1/2 cup onion
3 garlic cloves peeled
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp olive oil (extra virgin)
1 tsp cumin, ground
1/4 tsp cayenne (more or less depending on how hot you like it.
1/2 tsp ground black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
about 3 tbsp cilantro or more if you like it
add the cilantro and process for about 15 seconds.
makes 6 1/2 cup servings
