Szekely Cabbage Dish

Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 Large Onions chopped
    2 Tbl. Olive oil
    2 Tbl. Paprika Powder
    500 gr. Pork Pieces
    1000 grams Sauerkraut
    Salt & Pepper
    Sour Cream

Directions

Cook onions in olive oil until soft. Cut pork into bite size pieces--Salt & Pepper pieces. Add pork pieces to oil and brown on all sides. Add Paprika powder stir and add water to cover. Cook 30 to 40 minutes until pork pieces are tender. Add rinsed sauerkraut, stir and cook for another 20 minutes. Serve with about 2 Tbl. of Sour Cream on top of each serving. Jo etvagyot!!
