Introduction

this is a nice side dish and super healthy. this is a nice side dish and super healthy.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    6 garlic cloves, minced
    1 head of cabbage, large and chopped
    1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
    1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
    2 large onions, sliced.
    1 cup zucchini
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    1 tsp oil

Directions

cook all the ingredients together until tender. When the pan gets really hot, throw in a TBSP of water at a time and it helps with the saute. You end up using less oil and you don't compromise the taste. Super healthy, only 75 calories!
