1-1 1/2 full chicken breasts-cut into cubes 1 cup Pace Salsa 1 cup shredded cheese 1 cup onion diced 1 clove garlic 1 teaspoon cumin 1 teaspoon chili pepper Salt and Pepper to taste 4 large tortilla shells
Cook chicken, onion, garlic, and spices in 1/4 cup of salsa until fully cooked. Put mixture into food processor and process until finely chopped. Spoon mixture into tortilla shells with a sprinkle of cheese and a little sauce. Wrap up and place seam side down into a baking pan sprayed with cooking spray. Top each with sauce and cheese and cooked until melted.
