Horrified to find out my Chipotle burritos topped 1,000 calories, the hunt was on. Only 231 Calories, almost 15 grams of protein and 17 grams of fiber. No shortage on taste. Ingredients

    1 Tomato Basil Tortilla Wrap (Ole)
    1 T Fage Greek Nonfat Yogurt
    1/3 Medium Avocado (cubed)
    1/4 Cup Rotel Diced Tomatoes, Mexican
    1/4 Cup (bean du jour - I used black-eyed peas)
    1 tsp. Fresh Cilantro
    1 tsp. Feta Cheese
    1 tsp. Lemon Juice
    Seasoning to taste (I used Mrs. Dash)

Directions

Distribute all ingredients on the tortilla (squeeze lemon juice on the cut avocado, drain tomatoes), roll or fold and enjoy!
