1 Head Napa Cabbage
1 Bunch Green Onions + Tops
1 Can Sliced Water chestnuts
1pkg Oriental Ramen Noodles
1/2 c Slivered Almonds
1/2 c olive oil
1/4 c Balsamic Vinegar
3 T Splenda
Ramen Noodle Seasoning Packet
Meanwhile, in a dry skillet - medium temp., toast almonds and crumbled ramen noodles - careful they will brown quickly!
Dressing: Combine oil, vinegar, splenda and seasoning packet and shake (I sometimes add a little water if too thick)
Combine cabbage mix with toasted almonds mix and then pour on dressing and toss salad. Garnich with green onion tops.
