Ingredients

    1lb beef chuck cut into cubed 1 inch pieces
    1 onion, chopped
    1 cup of corn, frozen
    1 large can diced tomatoes
    2 15 ozs kidney beans

Directions

Place 2 tbsp of oil in dutch oven. put in meat and cook until brown no pink.
then add corn, beans, and tomatoes do not drain cook together until hot and serve with crackers if desire. good!!!!!!!!
