Easy Slow Cooker Rump Roast

Introduction

This is meant to be easy, so probably not the healthiest way to do it, but it tastes good at least. This is meant to be easy, so probably not the healthiest way to do it, but it tastes good at least.

Ingredients

    1 1/4 cup water
    1 pouch of dry onion soup mix
    2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
    1 2lb beef rump roast

Tips

Goes nicely with some roasted sweet potatoe and honey dill baby carrots.

Directions

Mix the mushroom soup, onion soup mix and water together. Place beef in slow cooker, pour soup mix overtop and cook for 8-9 hours.
