2 lbs lean ground beef, browned and rinsed.
1 medium onion, diced
1 can of Rotel diced tomatoes with Jalapenos
2 cans of diced tomatoes
1 can of corn
2 cans of french cut green beans
2 cans of kidney beans, drained
1 64-oz bottle of low sodium V8 juice
Freezes really nicely. Can be made with turkey or chicken. Original recipe calls for two cans of corn, but I use only one.
Serving Size: Makes 10 15-oz servings
