Introduction

Very high fiber and a great comfort food on a cold winter day. (Super super easy) I used what I had on hand but could use low salt items and low fat ground beef. A great place to start, can be tweeked to suit your taste. Good way to make a little meat go a long way. Very high fiber and a great comfort food on a cold winter day. Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Ground beef, lean, 16 oz (80% lean)
    Bush's Chili Beans, 7 cup (2 cans)
    Bush's, Black Beans, 3.5 cup (1 can)
    *Canned Diced Tomatoes, 14 cup (2 large cans)
    *chili seasoning mix Walmart brand, 12 serving (3 packages 1 hot 2 mild)

Directions

mix everything in crock pot turn to high, cook six hours eat and enjoy
