My alternative to Fast Food breakfast Wraps

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 med red pepper
    1 med onion
    1 tsp minced garlic
    cilantro(to taste)
    1 c salsa
    1 lb ground turkey
    1 tbs oil

Tips

Add any fresh veggies on hand for a more creative and diverse filling :) (also, i dont usually use oil but included it bc i know most will)


Directions

Brown turkey with garlic and onion. Add vegetables and salsa part way through. when almost completely cooked add cilantro to taste.
Serve in a small whole wheat tortilla *not included in calorie count!*

Serving Size: Make 6 servings of approx 2/3 cup
