2 pounds Yukon gold potatoes, chopped
1 Â½ pounds baby carrots
28 oz can crushed tomatoes
3 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp oregano
1 tsp onion powder
Â¾ pound sliced mushrooms
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Â¾ teaspoon salt
Â½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
1 Â½ cups water
1 pound sea scallops
Â½ pound halibut steak, sliced
1 pound uncooked medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
Cover and cook on low 5 hours.
Stir in the water, scallops, fish and shrimp.
Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes
