IntroductionThis is my family's go to meal on a busy weeknight. It fills you up and tastes yummy! This is my family's go to meal on a busy weeknight. It fills you up and tastes yummy!
1 lb ground venison (or ground beef)
1 bag (10 oz) of whole wheat rotinni or whole wheat egg noodles
I can of 98% fat free Cream of Mushroom Soup
3/4 cup shreaded chedder cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
Garlic to taste
If I have it I'll add 1/2 cup of sour cream when I add the mushroom soup.
In a pot boil pasta al dente. In a pan brown meat until done with chopped onion.
Drain meat and add cream of mushroom to meat, pour drained pasta into the meat and mix together.
Grease a 9X13 pan and add meat/noodle mixture. Top with shredded cheese. Cook for 25-30 min.
Serving Size: makes 6 - 1.5 cup servings
