Nutty protein 'granola'

Introduction

I will sometimes add 1/4 cup oats to my serving and let it sit a little. Very yummy. I will sometimes add 1/4 cup oats to my serving and let it sit a little. Very yummy.
Number of Servings: 14

Ingredients

    1 cup 3 kinds of nuts
    pecans, walnuts, almonds, Macadamia , cashews.
    (calories are for 1 cup each pecan,walnut and almond)

    3 scoops whey or plant source protein (I used vitacost plant protein)
    cinnamon to taste
    2 pks truvia

    2-4 tbl ground flax, hemp seed or wheat germ
    (calories are for 3 tbl hemp)

Tips

store in container in the fridge.


Directions

pulse nuts in food processor so it looks like granola.
Add whey, cinnamon, sugar and pulse.

Grind or add 1/2-1tbl ground flax or wheat germ.

Add 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk or over greek yogurt.

So very filling.

Serving Size: 8 1/4 cup servings
