Introduction

I use this salad as a quick add on to dinner, or if I need a lower calorie snack.
(There's no onion in the picture because I added it after taking the photo)

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1/2 Haas avocado
    1 Medium tomato
    1 Lime (or lemon) wedge
    1 tbsp chopped onion
    Cilantro

Directions

Chop 1/2 avocado & whole medium tomato into bite sized pieces & dice onion. Put these first 3 ingredients into a salad bowl. Finely dice cilantro & spread over top of salad. Take one slice of lime & squeeze over salad; toss to evenly distribute the juice. Add salt/pepper to taste. (salt not included in nutritional info)

Serving Size: Makes one 1.5 cup serving (estimated)
