1 medium avocado
1 15 oz can of black beans, rinsed and drained
1 oz Cotija cheese, crumbled
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp chili powder
2. Drain black beans and mix with avocado
3. Crumble cheese and mix
4. Add lime juice and chili powder
Serving Size: Makes 4 - 3/4 cup servings
