Ingredients

    1 Sandwich Thin
    1 hard boiled egg
    1 slice of provolone cheese
    2 tbsp salsa

Directions

slice hard boiled egg on and place on 1/2 of the sandwich thin. Place a slice of cheese on top on the egg. Spread salsa on the remain 1/2 of the sandwich thin. Place a moist paper towel on top of the sandwich and microwave for 30 seconds.
