2 oz Butterball Turkey Sausage 1 cup chopped onion 1 tsp. chopped garlic 8 large egg whites olive oil spray
Spray small skillet with olive oil. Chop Sausage, onion, and garlic (or use prechopped), and cook on medium heat until warm and onions are soft. Put egg whites in microwavable bowl. Microwave on high for 1 min. Then put cooked part into middle of bowl and let runny come to sides. Cook for 0 to 45 more seconds. Don't overcook eggs. They will still be somewhat runny as you start to scramble and will finish cooking from residual heat. Add sausage mixture and divide into two servings.
