Tips

I dice all of the vegetables about the same size, I usually make it on the weekend, and we take it for lunches.


Directions

I brown the meat, add all of the veges as I cut them, add water to cover and simmer 15 minutes, then I add the broth and tomato soup, season to taste with salt pepper oregano and 2 bayleaf. cover and simmer about 45 minutes. My family loves a shred of parmesan on top.
