I like to make smoothies with almond milk rather than plain yogurt because the yogurt is sour and requires more sweetener. Also, if someone has issues with dairy, the almond milk may be a better choice. Ingredients

    Blueberries, fresh, .5 cup
    Almond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 8 oz
    Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, .25 tsp
    Stevia, 1 g serving (1 Packet = 1 gm), .5 serving

Directions

blend all in a blender or a smoothie machine
add ice if desired
